When submitting a gig:
In the subject line please write the city and the date of the gig
In the message please give as much information as possible including the venue, the address of the venue, the ticket price (with link to online sales if available), the time the event starts and finishes, the name of all performers, and anything else you'd like included for instance background information on the artists involved.
