FSF is back with another massive event, this month we are presenting a DOUBLE EP LAUNCH from 2 of Sydneys most promising up and coming acts.

Beastside is a six team collective hailing from East Sydney, applying old techniques of fast flows, powerful hooks and catchy instrumentation to appease hip hop fans of new and old. Although showcasing an undoubted relationship with 'traditional' hip hop, this outfit thrives through experimentation within an emerging genre. With a strong focus on wordplay and imagery each rapper gets more than enough verse time to show off their unique talent on the mic. Each emcee and producer combines to form a distinct yet cohesive sound that formulates the 'Beast'.

On June 7th, one of Sydney's most exciting new hip hop acts Corner Store Superheroes drop their highly anticipated debut EP. The 7 track self titled release, sees them break out of the box with a distinctive sound that is as loud and bass heavy as it is clever.

Corner Store Superheroes arrived on the scene with a bang last year, and off the back of their first 3 singles managed to garner the attention of FBI Radio and Triple J, becoming the first hip hop artists ever to take out FBI's "Independent Artist Of The Week".
